Meet Chef Robert Kimbrough

Robert was born in East Memphis, Tennessee, and started cooking at 15 years old at a yacht club. He went on to study culinary arts overseas before landing in Las Vegas with a single mission: bring fresh, flavor-loaded seafood to the streets of Vegas without the sit-down restaurant price tag.

That mission became Raider Claw — a Centennial Hills food truck that reviewers have called "five-star luxury food on wheels" and "the best lobster food truck in Las Vegas."Made-to-order seafood boils, fried lobster tails, soft shell crab, garlic yakisoba noodles, and the famous Loaded Raider Fries — every plate seasoned, as one Google reviewer put it, "by our ancestors."

Under the same roof, Slappin' Out The Bowl serves wok-fired fried rice bowls — the same fried rice that customers say "I wish all my fried rice taste like this."
